Stephen and Catherine were courteous and friendly and were efficient in moving my items. Items were moved and placed with care and I appreciate all their hard work.
They were really good and did an excellent job moving and storing items in a tight space at the storage facility.
I really appreciated how they put my father-in-law at ease (he is suffering from a bit of dementia and is wary of strangers)-- and kept me in the loop the whole time via FaceTime. Just really helpful!
First experience using Lugg to move a white sofa I bought on FB marketplace. Very impressed with sophistication of these movers! They wrapped the couch in plastic, sealed up the cushions in clean containers and had two dollies. I think we tend to underestimate weight/size of items we want to move but im so glad I opted for the van vs truck and 2 guys versus opting to be the helper for a discount. It did add about 40% to the cost of my couch but still a deal.
Kendy and Roland were *outstanding*. They were super smart and super careful about moving a museum-quality, very heavy, incredibly expensive piece of furniture. They were resourceful, determined to succeed in the face of major challenges, thoughtful, positive, cheerfully happy to provide service, respectful, and tenacious in overcoming obstacles that popped up. It could have been easy to give up on this job, and I would have understood if they did, but they didn't. If I could specifically reserve their services again in the future, I would.
THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS FOR HOW WONDERFUL THESE GENTLEMEN WERE!!! Jah-lil was very VERY conscientious, competent, and confident in his ability to do hard work incredibly well! Elliott was equally friendly, efficient, and conscientious, and took instruction from Jah-lil to work as an amazing team. They were not only professional, but personable, respectful and reassuring while I was worried about the amount of work and what felt like a disastrous undertaking. I had an emotional breakdown on the phone before scheduling for this job. I was overwhelmed and anxious…I felt helpless and so stressed out. What I thought I needed compared to what I got was incredible! I am still marveling at how they managed to get so much stuff in such a small space and have room to spare!!! I will forever be grateful to these gentlemen and will recommend them SPECIFICALLY to anyone who needs a moving job! You guys really saved my life today!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They communicated with me throughout the entire time and gave me a good heads up when they were on the way to my place, arriving on time. so good!! originally I was worried about the space requirements when I saw I was upgraded to a box truck, but Anil is SUCH an excellent driver that he had no trouble at all! Big fan of Lugg, will recommend to my friends.
Mahdi and Mateen went above and beyond to help us fit an impossibly large cabinet through an awkward Tetris-like space. They tried everything, even attempting to remove the legs of the dresser! In the end it wouldn’t fit, but not for lack of trying every possible way! They were gracious enough to help us get the piece to an alternate drop off location. They had great customer service and moving experience. I would definitely recommend them!!!

Your technician weren’t able to place the box spring in the bedroom and they scuffed the hallway walls and left the box spring on my carport. This type of service is unacceptable and I hope you will be able to rectify this complaint immediately.
