Richard did a great job but Lugg did not meet expectations. I ordered a pickup truck and you sent a van and then when they didn't work you sent another van. Even I know a King size mattress won’t fit in a van. Then you canceled on me because you couldn’t fit what I ordered for a truck into a van. So I had to beg you to deliver the bed so we didn't have to get a hotel. Then you offered to send Richard if we could help him load on both ends. So I said yes because I didn't want to go to hotel at 9pm. Richard delivered our bed at 8:30pm (scheduled time was 4-5pm) and was great! (But You were supposed to deliver 2 beds) Richard went above and beyond his job description! He is an A+ employee! But Lugg was not a good experience and I think you owe me a refund or discount.
