Help moving furniture in Washington, D.C.

Soooo good!! These two movers were absolutely amazing!! They made my move go so smoothly from start to finish. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and super efficient. Everything was handled with great care, and they worked so quickly while still being very organized. They really took a lot of the stress out of moving for me. I’m so grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you both so much!! ;)

this man that came to my house today was amazing. I initially hired somebody to help me move my peloton bike, which is very heavy by the way downstairs into my basement from my living room and when he showed up, he was on time he was courteous. He was polite. He was a professional, and he assess the situation and he did the whole thing by himself. I was completely blown away. I tried to help, but he said that he had it and that it was no problem. I really wanna leave him a tip. I should've given him cash before he left, but I didn't and you know I'm having a real hard time putting the tip on the on the app and I just wanted to know that I'm not gonna stop until I find a way to send this man some kind of tip. Thank you.

Jahlil arrived later than expected because the Lugg app directed him to the delivery location, not the pick up location. Neither Jahlil nor I could raise anyone at Lugg to help, since they do not have a support line for either Luggers or customers -- "Contact Us" is exclusively email. This is an abject failure of customer support. Jahlil and I talked to one another on the phone and got him to my house. During what must have been a very frustrating experience, Jahlil was calm, patient, and courteous. He delivered my goods. I would happily hire Jahlil again. I cannot say the same for Lugg. Putting drivers out on their own without support is exploitative. Failing to have a customer help line is reason to use an different another delivery service.

I really appreciated how they put my father-in-law at ease (he is suffering from a bit of dementia and is wary of strangers)-- and kept me in the loop the whole time via FaceTime. Just really helpful!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Edwin and Sean. They make a great dynamic duo. We spent a while playing Tetris, moving things to and from the storage unit. They were patient and understanding, and it also helped me solve some problems. If I ever book Lugg again, I’d definitely want to book with them.

First experience using Lugg to move a white sofa I bought on FB marketplace. Very impressed with sophistication of these movers! They wrapped the couch in plastic, sealed up the cushions in clean containers and had two dollies. I think we tend to underestimate weight/size of items we want to move but im so glad I opted for the van vs truck and 2 guys versus opting to be the helper for a discount. It did add about 40% to the cost of my couch but still a deal.

They were quick and so efficient! Very thankful they were able to help me today! Respectful of my furniture and handled with care! I love Lugg and I will always use it! 😃

Jerome & Michael were fantastic. They communicated clearly, eye incredibly professional and went above & beyond to ensure I the entire process was transparent and well explained. I had 2 Luggs arriving simultaneously to a remote location and they helped facilitate communications that were confusing because of the masked phone numbers. All went smoothly and I'd definitely use Jerome & Michael again. Day like the other Lugg, Erik, professional & friendly throughout a long day.

Atiqullah and Edwen were great! They were professional, friendly, and took great care of our furniture. They went above and beyond unloading and setting things up, next time I need help moving I’d definitely hire them!

Respectful of property and personable. I didnt have the water turned off properly and made a complete mess, they helped with that which they didn't have to do.

What a great experience! App with clarity and and excellent notifications. I new exactly what was happening with the move and the pickup all along the way and could comm with the team for extra instructions. All in time and no dallying. Friendly and helpful on arrival an smooth assistance end to end. Warmly recommended and would absolutely yes again!
