Called me to report a delay due to a previous assignment and worked with me in trying to schedule a second Lugg but there were none available until the next day. They came and transported our boxes and belongings to public storage. Although we weren’t able to fit two large sofas into the van, they helped us move the furniture into our empty garage. Between me and my husband who is a disabled veteran, these two were a Godsend. Highly recommend!! A+++ - Robie

The experience was superb. On September 1st Frankie and Manuel help me move out of my apartment and put my stuff into public storage and the service was amazing so I used them again today, although Manuel was replaced with Severiano, they were quick and very cordial. However I was told that they only get paid hourly instead of what is written on the app has 80% of the charge. Which I find very very awful and greedy on behalf of Life's management and Developers. So I will cease to be using lugg simply for that reason - Kathleen

I have never met 2 better people in my life. Today was about to be a complete tragedy until I met these 2 movers. God gave me a chance to move and I must tip these men please send another link I am completely broke with the moving and storage and I want to rip them when I get my check at the beginning of next month.
