Jaiden arrived on time. He provided me an outstanding service. He offered me to throw away the empty box the planter i purchased from Cost Plus World Market. Was very kind and friendly.
Great !! But World Market messed up and didn’t give them all the items. They are supposed to compensate the guys for an additional trip.
Today I met two of the nicest guys who delivered my couch from cost Plus world market. They were extremely kind and exhibited an amazing level of professionalism & respect. My couch was delivered in an enormous box but Gregory & Joseph was careful to carry it into the house with ease. Thank you Lugg for employing such GREAT EMPLOYEES 👍 Kindest Regards, Elaine Walters
Fast and efficient! Thanks Jorge! World Market and Lugg’s partnerships is fantastic. We live right up the street but had no way to get it here. This is much easier than having to rent a truck at Home Depot. We’ll be using Lugg again!
I was amazed that when I walked into world market (arrived early so they could gather my things for pickup) to see that the staff were already bringing my things up front. When I asked how they knew I was there they said they got a call from Paul coordinating it with them. Paul was able to move 2 full sized sofas. One loveseat and one sofa chair all in his pickup. His truck was of Uber quality and Paul’s demenaor was calming and had everything under control.
Wallace and Wallace are really professional and great guys! They event assisted some other customers as World Market load up their furniture while we waited for mine to be ready.
These guys were amazing and waited 30 minutes at World Market while the store gathered my furniture.
I was not billed the charge I was told on the app and the website. It was $34 plus your customary add-ons for worker time. there were 2 small oieces from World Market. I also used a first time user $20 dIscount code. I was billed more than twice that - $70 less $20 promo. I emailed with Roxanna but she has not responded a second time, So I have put part of the amount billed in dispute with my credit card company. Will never use again if this is the way your accounting works!
I was told by World Market that Lugg would deliver and install the table and chairs. When the delivery gentlemen arrived, they told me they would not install and that they strictly deliver. This is more of a fault on World Market, not the delivery service you provide. I am definitely not satisfied, as I was paying for delivery and installation, and had I known it was strictly delivery, would definitely not have paid for that, as I could have easily brought the table and chairs home in my suburban.
Fantastic!!! Showed up on time carefully wrapped my furniture loaded it was ease great communication skills. I was very pleased. What a great experience.
They were wonderful! They helped move some additional furniture and repair some loose parts on the bed frames.
Alejandro and Brian were friendly and extremely efficient. They removed a piece of large furniture down two floors very quickly. I would hire them again!
