Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.

Steven and Steven professionally wrapped my piece ensuring no damage or stains to the fabric during transport. They were professional and friendly. Jason and Damien were amazing! They were on time and even a few minutes early, which was great for me. They were careful with my sofas and knew exactly what to do! They were also very well thought out of how they were going to move everything without damage. I would definitely want to use them again.

Mario and Ignatius were friendly and professional. They moved a VERY heavy sleeper sofa up a flight of stairs into my new apartment, and quickly! I’m so thankful for their help. It was seamless and easy.

We ordered two couches from Macy’s but it was the reclining type and the weight of the sofa made it very hard to handle. On top of that the couch did not fit our front door. But through the whole ordeal these guys were very patient and tried various ways and finally even remove the legs of the couch to get it in the house for us. I would recommend their very professional service if you are moving furniture.

Roy and Henry picked up a sofa and delivered it upstairs to my new apartment. They provided excellent communication prior to meeting and throughout the task. The sofa was a tight squeeze getting upstairs and into my apartment but they made it look easy! Both had very positive kind attitudes that provided comfort knowing my item was well taken care of. I believe Henry said he was new to Lugg, he did great! Roy took the lead and was very professional when it came to directing the move and helping his colleague learn the ropes.

They both helped me to move the old sofa bed upstairs. They give me big help and exceed my expectations. Great job
