these guys were great — fast, efficient, great attitude. The Best Buy delivery guys couldn’t figure out how to move my existing fridge and just gave up. They left the new fridge downstairs and left. Ralph and Timothy figured it out immediately and then offered to complete the job of moving the old fridge downstairs and moving the new one upstairs. - Patricia

They did the impossible by moving my couch to my new house with an incredibly narrow stairwell. They were really great at working as a team to figure out the best way to maneuver the couch to make it fit. Aleksandr and Zach were both truly terrific in all ways. They arrived at the pickup location at the very beginning of the scheduled time slot. (In fact, they actually arrived a little early.) Both were professional and courteous at all times. Both were extremely careful at all times with the furniture I had them move, including a very large, heavy chest of drawers. Their carefulness was top-notch during loading and unloading of their truck, during the lugging of my furniture up a stairway, during the maneuvering of my furniture through a doorway and around tight corners within my home, and at all other times. As I witnessed in my rear-view mirror when driving just ahead of them from the pickup location to the delivery location, Alexsandr drove with extreme care over speed bumps and at all other times so as to ensure that my furniture wouldn't be damaged in even the slightest way during the drive. They also offered clever, helpful suggestions on the safest, best way of getting the chest of drawers out of the thick box and other packaging it came in. I'd be thrilled to have Alexsandr and Zach work for me in the future, and I'd enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. Even if I tried my absolute hardest to think of something to criticize in how Aleksandr and Zach served me, I'd still come up with nothing to complain about. - Brad
