I had a great experience! I purchased a huge media system from Restoration Hardware and tried Lugg! The price to move was the best and no problem to book a pick up time for the next day! Andrew and Jorge let me know they were in route to the store and gave me and eta on when to expect them at my home. They were both very nice. I do think efficiency could have been better as they seemed a bit overwhelmed by the job initially. I don’t think it’s necessarily their fault, perhaps Lugg needs to prepare movers for more than just a pick up of an easy sofa etc.

Rafael and Luis were very friendly and efficient in moving a sofa bed and chair from my home to my daughter’s. I was a little worried because of the heaviness /bulkiness of the convertible sofa and the fact that stairs were involved, but they figured out how to maneuver it to fit through doorways and clear the overhead at the stairwell. They did the complete move and set up within 1 hour. Lugg also upgraded us to the XL van for free to accommodate for what they thought we would need. I would definitely use this service again.
Carlos & Gabriel were on time, kind and conscientious! They met me at the RH Outlet and I had 8 medium sized furniture items that had to be fit into their truck. They took care to strap down the heavy items, used blankets (which they had!!) to protect the items. On the delivery side, the guys were great, placing each item according to my directions. The items were heavy and my space is imperfect, but the guys had a great attitude the whole time. Would work with them anytime! Also the truck was a great size - I was surprised everything fit with space to spare!

Hello Lugg, Guillermo was absolutely the best!!!!....He was professional and personable. He was friendly and so very nice. He really had a great disposition. Guillermo did his job with a smile on his face the whole time. He arrived on time and ready to work. He wanted to make sure he placed the furniture correctly. Here’s the problem. Guillermo was given the wrong piece of furniture. The Home Goods store clerk loaded the wrong console table on the truck. Unfortunately, I did not receive the delivery, my adult daughter did and she did not know this was the wrong console table. When I realized the the wrong piece of furniture had been delivered, Guillermo was long gone. I immediately called the store to report the mix up. I spoke to Jackie who said her manager Heather was trying to contact Lugg but was unsuccessful. Heather is trying to resolve the problem now. Perhaps someone at Lugg could contact Heather at her number below. I’m glad this guy brought my stuff he was very nice And friendly Actually I had anorher delivery guy Ans he said my stuff didn’t fit in his van so he was not gonna bring it to me and that I had to cancel my order. I was worried my stuff would just get lost. But I’m glad Binh was able to bring my mattresses and bed frames Thank u so much !!!

THE BEST! Super friendly and they have Herculean strength moving a 400lb RH coffee table. They even helped us measure out our furniture space to make sure everything looked great. Hope to use them again!!!
They did a great job BUT, my $10 off is not included in the total and it did not take 45 minutes to load the truck upon arrival. They were lost and perhaps they included that time in their labor? I’m not sure, but, they did not work for 45 upon arrival.
