Raul and Nicolas were both incredible. Very efficient movers who handled a task that two other luggs, one other task rabbit, and one other moving company could not! This was my 5th time attempting to move this heavy and dense solid marble side table and they made it look very easy while protecting the piece extremely well. My favorite movers that I have used! The driver and delivery gentleman were very professional and respectful on both ends, the pick up and the delivery. They cared for the product which is important for me as I am an interior designer. What I DIDN’T LIKE is as a first time user with Lugg I was excited to find something reasonable and I found a coupon when I was looking for them as a first time user but they refuse to honor it. The message continue to come up as expired. I found the coupon through Retail Me Not which is another thing I use continuously, so I will look for another moving company, task company other than Lugg. Customer Service is everything in this environment for me it sets companies apart.

We were at the end of a move and still had items left over that our moving company left behind. They came in promptly, professionally, and in a very respectful manner. Could not recommend them more. Excellent service.

I was in a panic because some other moving company ditch me and they came to my rescue with two hours of me putting up my reservation. I even got upgraded to their big van for free! Amazing! Definitely will use them any time I can!
