I was very impressed with how efficient and methodical they were with protecting and moving the table and chairs. The guys did an excellent job with a challenging piece to move! They were punctual and worked as a team. They would benefit from some moving dolly’s and a ramp to make the move easier.

Both of them were absolute professionals. They were thoughtful and offered to remove the hinges to my door in order to fit the furniture. Fortunately, they did not have to do that and was able to figure out a way to get the chair in without removing the door. They were on time, quick, communicated well throughout the process, and they were appreciated.

But my movers did not show any concern and helped me to get to the correct location. The lugg app helped as the destination changed. The whole place process including the drop off went smoothly even though I had to change the location of the drop off. I am very happy that I chose the lugg movers for my move.
