Dwight and Ryan were absolutely awesome! They were so considerate and helpful with the delivery of our IKEA order. They communicated throughout the whole process of pickup and delivery making everything pleasant and stress-free. Thank you!
Adamm and Keyserling were Most Excellent! They showed up exactly on time and carried the long heavy IKEA packages to the 3rd floor- , figuring out how to get around the tight corners with no problem! It was all totally professional and efficient . I am so grateful for their help - and to discover Lugg. What a wonderful app. Would definitely recommend.
I had booked a second order for delivery and it got canceled because Logan thought it was a duplicate order Gracious, and took both orders for me from IKEA and helped out greatly. They were wonderful.
Ryan and Darryl were super friendly and professional. They arrived on time, calling me when they were a couple minutes out, and delivered my Ikea order without a hitch.

They came within the time requested. Called to let me know several boxes were damaged at ikea and had them replaced. Put in my garage. Super nice!
Shawn and Savon excelled in EVERY way. They are smart, efficient and pleasant. Their job was to remove my old loveseats and some other things to make room for my new IKEA sectional. This wasn’t an easy job because our small street was one of the streets that was being repaved with lots of construction equipment blocking access. Plus, the legs of the loveseats had to be removed to fit (barely) through the door of our house. Nevertheless, these gentlemen were calm and efficient throughout. They went to work immediately and accomplished the task quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them again and can recommend them without hesitation.
Jeffrey and Evelin are the best! When Ikea failed to give them all items from my order they went back to Ikea and delivered the missing items over to my place. They are highly professional and very nice people too! Five stars to them!

Gloria persistently kept calling me until I finally looked outside & realized it wasn't scammers calling 🤣 Fortunately she didn't seem annoyed, just sweet & very helpful. Ryan was great he called me when. It looked like they were suppose to cone to my house to pick something up but they were actually suppose to go to ikea to pick up then drop off to me. I was so glad he called first to make sure of what the paper said.
There is a lot of confusion regarding assembly with Ikea delivery. They went the extra mile as put the sofa together. It was a simple job and I appreciate their work ethic.
IKEA mixed up my order which resulted in Kenyatta and Kenjah having to go back to retrieve another large and heavy item after they had already been to my house for a drop off. They took it in stride and were awesome!
Very nice and excellent customer service,I didn’t notice until the delivery team informed me that one of the very important piece was missing so they took an extra mile. Headed back to IKEA and got the missing item delivered. Great work luggs thank you

The guys were great! Very communicative and conscientious, when moving the furniture in place. Would highly recommend. 
The young man was very polite and professional that is something rare today. He understood my concerns addressed them professionally. He did not complain and make excuses like so many do when they have a job to do. The two of them worked well together.
Amazing! These guys did a great job! They spotted some marks on the dresser and the store switched it out. They were also professional and friendly, maintained ongoing communication and took such great care of my delivery. You couldn’t ask for better service!
My only dislike is in pottery barn and not following through on wrapping my merchandise and honesty about my delivery window

Furniture was brought into the house and placed exactly where I requested it. Care was made not to damage Furniture or things in the house.
These guys are fantastic! Ironically, Denis had delivered a piece of furniture to my home a few months earlier, such a nice surprise to see him again! Ralph and Denis arrived on time, were very polite and took away the items I needed Lugged. I was very pleased with the extra care they took while handling a tabletop; Ralph carried his own roll of paper towels and placed several on the ground so that my piece of furniture would not get damaged. Highly recommend using Lugg.
