Very friendly and professional. Both Emiliano and Shawn came in, assessed, planned and stocked the boxes in my U-Haul parked out front. They even used a strap of their truck to hold the things . I would definitely recommend them. - Shyamkumar
John & Jermy were god sent for me🙏. After reaching storage they walked with me to locate. They were patient as it took longer then expected. After dropping signing the delivery they checked on me if I wanted them to wait till my Uber arrives. I appreciate them from bottom of my heart! - Devangi

I had an amazing experience with Lugg thanks to two incredible movers who went above and beyond. They moved a massive 200+ lb dresser upstairs (no easy task). They got creative and removed all the drawers to lighten the load and with some smart maneuvering (and a lot of muscle), they made it work. Not only did they handle the heavy lifting like pros, but they were also incredibly kind and thoughtful. They even helped move my old dresser downstairs which I really appreciated! - Kim
