These guys did an awesome job despite the person who scheduled them incorrectly. We were to have 1 bed picked up from my home and dropped off to a destination. Then a bed picked up from destination and returned to my home. They were not scheduled for a bed to be returned to my home. I stated what I wanted with the person scheduling and they failed with the request. Not the problem on the movers behalf, but the person who scheduled them failed to inform me that it was a problem or it couldn't be done. Sad because anytime we hire them, the movers are doing as they are instructed. With no direct communication from the office to straighten it out.
Best mover experience ever! Ted & Joey were very efficient, helpful, friendly & professional! They moved a heavy large lateral file cabinet from an office store to my home. They were very patient as I attached felt pads to prevent scratching my refinished hardwood floors. I fully trusted their expertise. Well worth the money!!

I used Lugg for the first time to have old furniture and large boxes removed from my office. Because I was unaware of how the company worked, I set up the drop off location to someone's residence instead of a dump site like I planned on. Jesus and Darnell were very sweet in helping me work through my mistake. We found a dump site and they were able to make it there in time before the dump closed to finish the project. I will definitely be using Lugg again for any hauling we need done. Thanks again you guys - I really appreciated you help and calm demeanor while we worked together to correct my mistake.
Steven and Anthony dealt with the unruly staff at Office Depot who were absolutely no help at all they were wonderful they delivered my furniture they put it together put it right where I wanted 5 Stars if I could give them 10 I would

Andrew and Christian were a pleasure to work with. They worked hard. We did have a few problems though. In moving the buffet they were unable to stand the unit up due to the height of the ceiling. The unit was the same size as our existing buffet do I knew it would fit. They tried different scenarios without success. I suggested that they remove the base, which they did but it still didn’t give it enough clearance. I then suggested they remove the second largest section of the cabinet which we worked. But, in putting the buffet back together they incorrectly matched the holes and woodwork. When they finished we looked at the unit and we noticed that the base was off about 1/4” all around and that there were 4 nails sticking up through the wood. I knew that it was getting very expensive having them here so we asked them to take the top unit off and leave it on the floor so we can correct the way the base was put on. Only one small piece of the wood was split and I’m hoping that it won’t be noticed. I suggest that there should be basic training on how big items are put together so they will know what needs to be done in the future. I can take pictures if you need them. It was an Ethan Allen piece which is highly crafted and maybe extra knowledge about manufacturers. When handling these type of items I expect customers to have high expectations on the moves.
Stephen and Stephen did an excellent job moving the cabinet down the stairs. Their attention to detail exceeded my expectations. They worked exceptionally well together and I hope to see them again for other types of moves. I would highly recommend both of them because they know exactly what they’re doing. Semisi is my favorite lugg employee of all time! If I could book him for all of my moves, I would! He treated the furniture I purchased like it was his own. He wrapped my dresser with care to ensure a secure and safe move and made sure I was aware of any already existing blemishes and was super friendly and nice too. Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.
