Greg and Erik were quick and careful with our move. I needed a sofa bed moved to my new apartment and they were kind enough to also include my new TV console. Their teamwork was awesome and they were so friendly and made the whole moving process great when it could’ve been stressful. We definitely recommend Lugg and this team for future movers.

Great movers. Efficient, thoughtful, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took a minute to plan the path into the apartment before bringing anything in, which made everything feel really smooth. One small note is the bungee cord used to secure the bed mechanism left a dirt mark on the white couch. I was able to get it out with soap and water, but something a bit cleaner or padded might help for lighter fabrics. Overall really good experience and I’d definitely use them again.
Jose and Laurent were the exact kind of people you hope to get when hiring movers..they were on point with their communication and their work ethic is impeccable..I couldn't have found a better pair of guys to make this move that I had been dreading for literally years into a task to effortless I could do it every weekend. Super grateful for my two movers Hector and Rhidon this afternoon…they made a tedious move between two homes over an hour apart so much easier…They cheerfully loaded up everything I asked and treated it all with care and concern…not a scratch anywhere! I highly recommend them and would book their services again without hesitation.

Movers were great. Amount charged was significantly diferent than initial estimate (3x). Because of this dont think I would be using the service again

Jorge and Oscar were fantastic. They made multiple stops to pick up a piano and a bed on the way to our house, and everyone I coordinated with said that they were so friendly and excellent movers. They went above and beyond in moving the piano. So thankful!
This team was extremely professional & focused. Homer & Kevin had to carry all my furniture up 4 flights of stairs because the building’s elevator is broken. The offload job was difficult and this team did it very quickly! Again many thanks to Homer & Kevin for taking such good care of my belongings & for their great attitude. I tipped $50 cash (to be split) at the end of the job & left $130.00 tip to be split between the 2 movers on the Lugg website. An excellent job!! Highly recommend Kevin & Homer !! Thank you again Lugg for a fantastic experience!
