We signed up for Lugg on a rainy Sunday and Efren and Bladimir arrived within 30 minutes! They were personable, professional, and very good with the furniture. We had a very difficult fit with one couch and it required disassembling a door (while holding the couch on the stairs). They took care of it with strength and patience. We were not at home when they arrived, but were kind enough to wait for a friend of mine to open the door. I am very happy with Lugg, having used the service twice in a couple of weeks. My suggestion would be to narrow down the delivery window to 3 hours, as 7 hours is too big a window specially when it's delivered the same day.
