Angel and Mauro came right on time and were so efficient. They helped us to load and deliver a large amount of cardboard and debri from an office move. They were very kind and flexible. Worked much faster than I expected. I would definitely hire them again!
Daniel and Steve were really great and made my move out of my office with multiple large boxes of art along with regular boxed office stuff totally smooth. Via text and app communication was great.

Servio and Carlos are HEROES!! They moved our entire nonprofit office from a large air-controlled indoor storage unit to a much bigger storage unit in the same facility but it was located🌾🌾outside🌞!! We all know it was crazy 🥵 hot a couple of days ago, so to say a big move was challenging 😰 was a huge understatement🤯! And furthermore, the elevators🛗barely worked throughout the afternoon😒 and they still persevered, pivoting in the smartest🧠most efficient way. This move actually took waaaay longer ⏳….⌛️⌛️ than I had ever anticipated😳, compounded by the☀️. Servio & Carlos did not leave me hanging in that awful heat🔥but they😵💫kept at it. They asked me questions🙋🏻♂️, offered suggestions🤔, and worked with me🫱🏾🫲🏼after everyone had gone 🏃🏽🏃🏼♀️💨. These 2 amazing LUGGERs 🧔🏻♂️&👨🏼🦲 are what the LUGG’s Brand is all about❣️ 🙏🏾Please consider giving them a bonus🤑! Or the LUGGERs of the WEEK Award🏆🏆! Great service! They went beyond our expectations. We gave them a challenge (lugging a large office table through narrow spaces) and they exceeded our expectations. They told us each step before they did it and they maneuvered with extreme caution.
They were so efficient with time and space! I had a big job with lots of office furniture and they made sure all the items were properly protected and made it to the destination in perfect shape. 10/10, would absolutely hire again!
Best moving experience of my life and I’ve never used a service before! Both were incredibly kind and patient and went the extra mile having to remove the door at the offices the very large and extremely heavy armoire was removed from. Thankfully, it was much easier to get it into our home relatively speaking. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Bravo Miguel and Ezequiel!
Murilo did an amazing job moving a tree for me. He made sure it got to my office in one piece, and he made sure to watch out for me as well at the pickup spot (Facebook marketplace purchase). I really appreciate his help!

Zhijia and Sebastian were awesome! Sadly, there was a bit of a delay (not their fault at all— blaming Bay Bridge traffic) but once they arrived, they loaded their box truck quickly and efficiently. They met us at our apartment in Oakland and quickly got to work. There were a few bumps with our leasing office and we had to switch the load area but Zhijia and Sebastian were accommodating and totally understood the last minute request by our leasing office. I would definitely recommend them again and hopefully, for my next move, I get the chance of working with them. Long story short: with Zhijia and Sebastian, you’re in great hands!

They were diligent and looked at multiple solutions to move a very large desk, heavy, into a small office. They succeeded. Also, they were very friendly and polite.
They were very quick! However, Lugg should have better communication with the customer. I thought I had to be at the pick up location when they arrived. I left my office and drove 20 minutes to the pick-up location only to find that the pick-up had already happened because Mardo and Eliezer got there early and I didn't even have to be there. I would have stayed in the office and worked on other things if I had known. Thanks!

Did a very careful and efficient job of moving heavy things up and down my stairs and from my home to my office.
They moved a big piece of furniture from my home to my new office .Then moved my old office stuff to the new office at same address . They were great; very respectful, as I am a therapist, and we all had to be quiet at the new locale as sessions were ongoing .
