My sofa is white and I was extremely worried it would get dirty via transport but seeing Saasaan wrap everything to ensure it was delivered in perfect condition gave me such peace of mind! He was also willing to help carry it to my door. I didn’t once ask him for any help, he immediately took initiative to ensure it got delivered into my unit. He was also extremely nice and patient. I have a very small place. It was a tight squeeze. They took apart my old futon and put it outside so that we can get my new sofa inside. And we really had to squeeze it threw a lot of stuff to get where it needed to be. They gave me the time to clean up under where the old futon had been and they were very nice and helpful. - Gonja
