They went above and beyond taking care of our new item, picking it up from someone in Carlsbad and bringing it over to me, despite sitting in over an hour of traffic. Very grateful for these two!

This was the first time using Lugg and I have to say I was VERY impressed with Gean and Isaac. They packed the furniture they delivered very securely and unloaded everything with care. They were friendly and helped moved the heavy furniture to a secure space. They set a very favorable impression of Lugg with my first experience.
Jeremy and Henry were outstanding from start to finish. This was a really difficult move with multiple challenges, and they truly left no stone unturned in helping me figure it out. They were patient, thoughtful, and problem-solvers in every sense — constantly adjusting, suggesting solutions, and making sure nothing was damaged along the way. Their professionalism, effort, and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation so much easier. I had two storage units in a house with things going to various places and they were really good about listening and knowing what goes where. in addition, when we got to the house I had to move some furniture around and they didn’t hesitate to help me. They picked up and dropped off the couch without me even having to be there, and when I arrived at the end, everything was already taken care of. The neighborhood had a tricky security policy, but he navigated it with ease and made what could have been a complicated situation completely stress-free. They were extremely helpful, responsible, and reliable throughout the process.

They were incredibly professional, careful, and efficient from start to finish. They communicated clearly, showed up on time, and treated the piece with great care.
