These guys did an awesome job despite the person who scheduled them incorrectly. We were to have 1 bed picked up from my home and dropped off to a destination. Then a bed picked up from destination and returned to my home. They were not scheduled for a bed to be returned to my home. I stated what I wanted with the person scheduling and they failed with the request. Not the problem on the movers behalf, but the person who scheduled them failed to inform me that it was a problem or it couldn't be done. Sad because anytime we hire them, the movers are doing as they are instructed. With no direct communication from the office to straighten it out.

Best mover experience ever! Ted & Joey were very efficient, helpful, friendly & professional! They moved a heavy large lateral file cabinet from an office store to my home. They were very patient as I attached felt pads to prevent scratching my refinished hardwood floors. I fully trusted their expertise. Well worth the money!!

Darbin and Santiago were fantastic, helping us empty a large office if all furniture. Most of it large and VERY heavy. We were done in amazing time - hope to get you guys again!

I used Lugg for the first time to have old furniture and large boxes removed from my office. Because I was unaware of how the company worked, I set up the drop off location to someone's residence instead of a dump site like I planned on. Jesus and Darnell were very sweet in helping me work through my mistake. We found a dump site and they were able to make it there in time before the dump closed to finish the project. I will definitely be using Lugg again for any hauling we need done. Thanks again you guys - I really appreciated you help and calm demeanor while we worked together to correct my mistake.

Steven and Anthony dealt with the unruly staff at Office Depot who were absolutely no help at all they were wonderful they delivered my furniture they put it together put it right where I wanted 5 Stars if I could give them 10 I would

Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.

Ted and Joseph were absolutely amazing! They arrived on time, handled my dryer with great care, and made the entire move quick and stress-free. Both were professional, respectful, and clearly experienced they knew exactly what they were doing. I truly appreciated their positive attitude and how smoothly everything went from start to finish. If I ever need movers again, I would definitely request them. Highly recommend!

Not only can they pack a Uhaul like artists, they were hard working, steady, easy to deal with, and non-judgmental (you know what I mean - movers are seeing you at your absolute worst). A big shout out to both of them. Lugg, whatever you’re paying them, it’s not enough!
