Juan and Maylon did a fantastic job helping us move a huge leather couch, a mattress and box spring, and about 20 boxes from our third floor apartment into our moving pod container. They packed the pod like total experts and worked together really well. This was my first Lugg experience and I’m very satisfied! - Beethoven
Antonio & Francisco were amazing - they worked quickly & went above and beyond with handling our boxes. They stored my boxes in a uhaul pod and rearranged the boxes multiple times to ensure they were as secure as possible before my cross-country move. 10/10 would recommend again. - Alec

Alberto is a packing genius. He knows every rope knot under the sun. Alfredo is like Hercules. They work perfectly together and are lightning fast and extremely focused. The pod was already packed when they got here but I was worried about how jumbled it was and was worried about how stuff might fall and keep the door from opening. They pulled half the stuff out, wrapped stuff others should have wrapped, and made it possible to get 30 more apple boxes in as well. Then they tied everything down solidly. I have never been more impressed because of the level of expertise and organizational thinking involved. - Syris
Wycliffe and Manuel were AWESOME. I had a complicated move, with some things going in a PODS container and some going to the dump. Given that my booking time was later in the afternoon, they called the dump ahead of time to understand our time window and helped me prioritize what to do first. They were super careful with my stuff and used the space in the PODS container SO EFFICIENTLY, I'm actually able to fit some extra things for my roommate as well, with space still left to stack things higher. So grateful for their help with this move!!! - Sydney

We LOVED Mario and Onaje. These guys are absolute pros and helped us move our whole lives quickly and efficiently. We were so impressed by how carefully they moved everything — not a single ding anywhere. They checked in with us frequently about their progress and invited input on their work, which was always great. This was their first time unloading a POD (had all furnishings for a one bedroom apartment + living space) and they were quick, helpful, courteous, and didn’t let this new challenge phase them. I had some incredibly heavy furniture pieces but they we able to get everything in the apartment exactly where I wanted it to go.
