They responded to my request VERY quickly! They carefully unboxed the large cabinet, put it in the place where I wanted it, helped me to level it, and took away all the cardboard and other packing materials. I highly recommend them!

Used Lugg for junk removal. Showed up within 10 minutes and got everything out quickly. The only thing I'd say that isn't well done is that it doesn't tell you about a dump fee when estimating. Only way I knew about it was after I received an additional charge and look at the FAQs. My fault for not checking before accepting

They were on time and transported my benches with no damage. They were thoughtful about how they loaded the benches in their truck and they moved a bench into the woods on my property which was quite a haul for them! They did great!

They made sure all pieces of coach furniture was assembled correctly and the connecting wires to my recliner couch was working fine before they report to their app to departure. Very nice gentleman’s . They were tipped cash and each was so appreciative and thanked me many times .

They knew what they were doing, were cordial and efficient. Would like to request them and Jonathan for future deliveries.

No complaints, they were very pleasant and didn’t cause any distractions or problems while our sales teams were working. They got it done effectively and I will be going with them again next time!

They stayed in touch with me during the delivery process and were so kind enough to help my son take the mattress up to my apartment. It was too heavy for me to do it with my son alone. Very kind.

They carefully moved a wide chair through several small doorways and down a narrow staircase with a sharp turn at the bottom without any damage. They were friendly to my autistic son, who really enjoyed meeting them.

Andrew and Christopher were very good delivery guys. Very polite, very helpful and professional. Seems like they’d be fun to hang around with from my short time spent with them. Felt bad they had a long day ahead of them (driving to deliveries) but the weather was good on the day they came. Should I ever need help moving again, I’d definitely ask for Andy and Chris again! 👍🏻

Jonathan was today's pick up and delivery driver, he came to my place of business to pick up the items and now on his way to the destination. I was leery about using an app without being able to talk to somebody at first. The app is actually very communicative. it let me easily cancel my time and reschedule it twice, which I did because of weather. it showed me the MapQuest of my delivery and how many minutes away they were Isiah and Javair are very accommodating, polite, friendly and listened to my concerns. I will use this app again if needed and refer to anyone else who may need it.
