Chris was timely, professional, friendly, and FAST! And, when my original drop-off dump location didn't work, he found a replacement in a flash and got the job done. I will highly recommend Lugg in the future.

Very prompt and efficient. Friendly as well. Shipment was very well padded and covered and you could tell they both wanted to make sure the shipment got there perfect. Even went out of the way to fix things that the manufacturer messed up on! Awesome people and glad to have gotten them!

The building the furniture was delivered to is difficult to get in and navigate due hi security rules. They were both flexible and patient.
