They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and made the whole moving process feel effortless. We had a large and heavy sofa to move, he was very clever in terms of suggesting how to move it and how to get the job done.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Lance & Juan were so friendly and communicative throughout the delivery process. They were very careful with my furniture and managed to get a difficult sleeper sofa I through a tight doorway. I love the Lugg service!!

They were very accommodating to make everything fit. They got creative and fit my furniture into a small cargo van. They gladly took off the sofa legs and put them back on after delivery. They were kind and patient and perfect gentleman. They were flexible and totally worked with me to get the job done.

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!

I honestly wasn't expecting the level of service I received from Glen and Cleevens. They were well prepared with moving materials and able to expertly move the sofa from one tight spot to another without damaging the furniture piece or the homes. They were also incredibly friendly and upbeat, especially in light of the fact that it was a very difficult sofa to move.

Edmund and Eddie went above and beyond especially since the sofa did not fit. They tried using a different door, all sorts of positions. They really tried everything. You are lucky to have them on your team.

They realized at store pick up that a leg was missing from our sofa and made sure they get the missing leg from the store before delivering.
