The movers were very prompt. I got my items quickly. They moved them with care and placed them where I asked them to. Just what I needed!

Edmund and Eddie went above and beyond especially since the sofa did not fit. They tried using a different door, all sorts of positions. They really tried everything. You are lucky to have them on your team.

Erick picked up items for me in Boston and delivered them to the hospital my nephew is in. We live in South Carolina and so couldn’t do this ourselves. He made sure to write my nephew’s name and room number on the birthday gifts. He went above and beyond. Was very kind and thoughtful.

Great service! Our Luggers Ken and Calvin were timely, friendly, and very efficient, despite having to deal with our fourth floor walk up unit. Without having a car in Boston this was well worth the cost to help me move items. Will definitely use again!

This team was great. They were called in for another team running late. They made it through Friday traffic from Boston and completed delivery in a timely manner. Friendly, careful and courteous!

Wow! Nathan and Kenny arrived on the dot of 1:00 with a 1:00-2:00 window. They immediately started following the written instructions I had written on the request. From that moment on they were incredible. Personality, nothing was too much to ask, all was done and lifted and moved and put down with a genuine smile. Nathan was clearly the lead of the two. Direction to his teammate was clear. They worked efficiently. Not so fast that it would be risky to our property or their personal safety and not too slow that we would want to light a fire under them. Even-keeled pace. Also had great suggestions. Really appreciated Kenny’s attention to our needs. All in all, an easy peasy experience. Thanks!!!! We’ll be back because we’re always lugging something somewhere!

Euclides and Damari were so friendly and diligent. They picked up a dining table and chairs I purchased and made sure to make sure the table was put together perfectly.

They were super friendly and on time. Overall it felt semi-professional and they could be a little more efficient (I had to point them towards Dollys at the storage unit to speed up the process because they only had a mini roller). They could wrap fragile things (I asked for a painting to be wrapped, but in the end they didn't do it). They forgot two draws of a drawer on the street, which I will need to drive over to the storage, that was a little unfortunate.

Hussain and Yolando powered through a much heavier than expected lift to get my wardrobe upstairs and into our bedroom! Honestly, there was a point where I was ready to give up, but they made it happen. The real deal.

They were fantastic! Friendly, courteous and thorough. They had a very difficult situation getting a couch around a very tight corner. They problem solved and found a way to make it happen. I couldn't be more happy with their dedication to make an almost impossible situation possible. I am very impressed and would highly recommend. Thank you!
