These guys were consummate professionals. It was so easy to work with them and they were precisely on time.

Highly recommend! I needed a sofa moved from NJ to Brooklyn on short notice, and they delivered—literally—within 3 hours of my request. Quick, affordable, and professional. They handled the job efficiently, even carrying it up to the top floor of a walk-up. Excellent service!

Even with a mishap at the pickup location, he delivered on time and waited for the issue to be resolved! Thank you!

I guess it depends on who you get. I have only had positive experiences with Lugg. They have transported furniture through storms, many flights of stairs, etc. and everything has always arrived in great condition. The app is very effective, can easily track status, communicate, etc. Great service here in NYC where I don’t have a car!

The guys were great. The set up, changes, tracking etc were great. Only disappointed by a price higher than I would have liked, but it's 2023.... that's what it costs....

Libardo and Alonso were great! They got my item delivered in the selected window, kept a consistent line of communication, and carefully handled the item when dropping it off. I also appreciated them wrapping the item to protect it! And to top it all off, they were friendly. I really appreciate their help.

Delroy was amazing. He went above and beyond to find somewhere to leave his car to pick up my item. He was responsive and very helpful. He was efficient and a professional at moving and delivering my item.

Above and beyond! Offered to help with even the trash we had on the 4th floor walkup, and were very kind

Dmetry and Jonathan were wonderful! Friendly, called ahead, arrived within the window at the time they said they would. Very careful moving my dresser down a flight and up a flight at the drop off location and even helped me reposition a piece of heavy furniture in my new bedroom. They were great and would recommend Lugg!

Jerry and Serge were fantastic! They came super prepared with all the moving equipment one might need. They were very strong and able to move heavy items up and down several flights of stairs. Really appreciate their hard work.

Iovanny and Richard were both super nice and really communicative with where they were, their ETA, and any complications or things I needed to know regarding the move. They made it feel very easy, and I appreciate their help!

Carlos & Alonso took their work extremely seriously. From the moment we meet at the ground floor to the time they got an extremely bulky couch to our FIFTH floor walk up they were friendly and smiling. In addition, they helped calm our anxieties about the entire process and were open and honest about what needed to be done to complete this very complicated task. Cannot recommend this service highly enough and thank you so much, once again to Carlos and Alonso. Literally could not have done this without you.

Jaequan and Annur from Lugg were phenomenal! They moved two IKEA beds from the New Jersey location to our 2nd floor apartment in Brooklyn with remarkable efficiency and care. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, keeping us informed and at ease throughout the process. Despite the typical NYC parking and stairway challenges, they handled the move with grace and professionalism, ensuring all components arrived in perfect condition. These two are a fantastic team – hardworking, friendly, and skilled. Thanks to them, what could have been a stressful experience was made seamless and hassle-free. Would highly recommend Jaequan and Annur for anyone in need of reliable and exceptional moving services! 5/5 stars.

These two gentlemen were extremely professional and efficient. A last minute delivery on a Sunday night, and they arrived with smiles on and ready to get my bed and furniture in and where it needed to be. Very thankful they were the delivery guys we got!
