Very helpful, they lifted all the appliances up the stairs and carefully loaded and placed them in the truck. They were great!

Both guys were real gentleman. My only complaint is that they didn’t have the equipment needed to move items. Their truck was perfect however they should invest in a set of appliance lifting straps. The straps cost $20 at Amazon and it makes the job easier with less damage to walls and handrails.

Both Julian and Walter were courteous, professional and personable. They took care moving the appliances in our recently renovated house and worked well as a team. This is the first time I booked a Lugger. They were terrific and were tipped in cash.

Super friendly, really efficient, lugged some serious appliances through tight doorways, down a flight and a half of stairs, what's not to like?

We had a large stove that needed to be brought from the garage and into the house. We had an appliance dolly available for them to use but Alvaro and Juan strapped themselves up and CARRIED it down the stairs and inside! They had a fantastic “git’-R-done” attitude and were done in record time. Thank you so much!!

Efrain and José were professional and took great care in moving a washer and dryer for me. The machines were protected well with blankets and loaded safely with straps. They expertly positioned my new appliances in my home. Would definitely recommend and would hire them again!

Marco and Luis were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so easy to reach on the phone and on text. They were kind and prompt and very professional. They made the entire moving experience so simple. My new furniture arrived in perfect condition and they were an A ++ delivery team. Highly recommend.

From the time I booked their services until the time they delivered my washer dryer to my house was 45 minutes. And only 45 minutes they zipped over to the sellers house, picked up two big appliances, drove to my house and deliver them to my laundry room, even offering to hook them up for me. he too must be magicians, in addition to movers. They had the equipment they needed to do the job safely and efficiently. This is my second time using love, and I have found it a reasonably priced and timely solution to moving big things.

Wow! These guys did an amazing job. I had to move a small apartment and also restock some appliances couldn’t have been able to do otherwise super efficient, nice and super strong.

William and Abimbola were very professional. I especially appreciated all the communication before and during the delivery and they assembled the sectional and were able to remove some pieces as well. I’d had a poor experience the day before with other Luggers, but William and Abimola made up for it. Would Recommend for furniture delivery, hauling, And taking stuff to donations.

After a professional moving company let us down today with delay after delay, we were forced to cancel their job and looked to Lugg. We were initially concerned Lugg did not meet our needs because the appliances being moved required a box truck as they had to stand vertically. I have also read/heard Lugg can be hit or miss depending on the movers you get matched to. However, we were lucky to have Michael and Luis today. They were experts and found a solution to remove “feet” of one appliance to make it fit in the truck. They were both professional, efficient, and communicated updates as necessary. Very satisfied with the level of expertise and service from this Lugg team and will definitely look to use them again. Thank you, Michael and Luis!

They were awesome. Pulled up right on time and was courteous, worked quickly and was knowledgeable about where to take my appliances (ovens) that need to be disposed of. Definitely hope we get them again.

You should definitely make these gentleman your model movers and give them a commercial or other types of AD spots. They're very knowledgeable help me with my appliances, help show me the intricacies keys of moving and how to be more efficient.

My home sits back into a hill with deep front stairs. My appliances we very very heavy and they figured out a way to get them into my home without taking my front door off. They were thoughtful and had a very positive attitude as they figured out a solution to get the appliances into the house without issue.
