Awesome team! My last Lugg experience was anything but 5 star, so I hesitant with using the app again. However, when I was in a pinch and needed on-demand movers, Lugg saved the day. Both of these guys were awesome. They rolled up their sleeves and helped with anything I asked for. Thanks guys! Will definitely use Lugg in the future!

We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Both Juvenal & Marco were quick to communicate while traveling to pick up my purchase at a store, and when traveling to destination to drop it off. They were professional and courteous. I was very happy with the same day delivery. The website was easy to maneuver. I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to all my friends.

Lugg was a great solution for me with a property closing date that was up in the air. The flexibility allowed me to reschedule and delay the movers arrival without penalty. They showed up on time, we're professional, and did a great job.

Quinn and Robert were friendly, quick, and safe. The Lugg app needs a lot of work though. The promo code i tried to enter didnt work, even though it was valid thru June 10, there was no map or any info about the movers on their way either, which is annoying for an on-demand service. Even as I type this review, it seems autocorrect has been turned off so ive had to correct spelling errors, and theres no "send" button, so instead of "enter" theres "done" which can be accidentally hit, and also prevents me from formatting the feedback. Anyway, Quinn and Robert were great, thank you.

They are professional. Jason has creative ideas to get the job done. They worked together well. They are efficient and asked questions when needed. Asset to the company. Not professional movers but good for on-demand moving company.

They were awesome. I just purchased a couch from Costco. I called several moving companies, 4 hours was the minimum 740.00 One of the moving company told me about Lugg . I look them up They came the same day . Very fast efficient and clean. I only charged me $86.00 Fantastic company I would definitely use them again

My friend just told me about Lugg and I couldn't believe I didn't know such a great service exsits. My first experience went off like a hitch - super easy to schedule and was able to book for the very next day (they had options for same day which I didn't need). Javier and Francisco arrive within the window given; they were very friendly and accommodating and it went super smoothly. It was a small job and now I will for sure go back to Lugg for other small and larger jobs coming up. I highly recommend this service based on my first time experience.

Our family's Christmas Decor has been in storage since New Year's Day 2022 due to Flood in our home. After two years, they were able to deliver same day I scheduled. Moved all carefully and helped us set up. My family will now be able to celebrate our traditional Christmas even if not in our own home. Thank you!

Lugg sent movers to a store in Pennsylvania where they collected my purchases and drove them to a nursing home in Delaware. ALL IN ONE DAY! Actually - within 3 hours of my request. Amazing service. Reliable and professional and SPEEDY!!!! A+!
