Angel and Mauro were great movers overall! They were very considerate, thoughtful in how they executed the move and good at communicating.

I have used Lugg in SF and now in Los Angeles. I have always had a really good experience with them. I highly recommend them.

Edgar was terrific in communication so he was my 'foreman' for two other Luggers I hired. He was very efficient but not racing around and risking any damage to my possessions. I'm definitely glad he showed up for my job of unloading my moving truck and bringing everything upstairs into my apartment.

Juliano and Luis picked up my kitchen pantry cabinet in Hayward and delivered it to me here in SF a couple days ago. Arranging something like this without speaking to anyone had me a little nervous but, they showed up when they said they would and parked the van where I suggested they park it. Instead of removing the card board surrounding the furniture to make it lighter and easier to carry as many others would do, they instead wrapped it a little more to protect it from any damage from being carried up four flights of stairs. I've had other cabinets and appliances delivered and this is the first time I wasn't worried about my item getting damaged carried up the stairs. They appeared to have all the materials and all the experience they needed to do it on their own without my supervision so I was able to go back to my apartment and clean up a nasty spill I caused while preparing for their arrival. They got to my place so quickly, I was in a rush to empty out my kitchen to make room for the cabinet and I spilled some paint on the carpet. I spent the next four hours working to get the paint out. Thanks to Lugg, I had the energy for it. If I had hired one guy and my own Haul van as I considered doing, I would have been too worn out from moving that giant cabinet to do anything else. Or if I tried, I would now be injured and shelling out hundreds of dollars to my chiropractor. (Four hours is a lot of scrubbing.) Also, hiring a random guy standing around outside Uhaul may be tempting. You can get decent help that way sometimes. Or sometimes you might get a giant headache with a worker who doesn't know what he's doing or trying to ask for more than you agreed to pay him and possibly even threatening you inside your own home. Lugg costs a bit more than I wanted to pay but, they did a good job. Vetted workers with experience. You get what you pay for.

Angel and Orlando were fantastic! They were very clear communicators, were careful with my items and worked very efficiently. Would be happy to use again!

Gerson was efficient and very friendly. He provided white glove service, placing the boxed chandelier in the room of my choice. GREAT service! Will definitely use Lugg again.

I used Lugg in SF Bay area several times. I found out about them from shopkeepers and friends who all recommended Lugg. Luggers took great care of my furniture. I wish they were in Las Vegas where I live. There are a lot of seniors who could use their services.

First time user of the app and it was so easy! Bought a bunch of patio furniture from Costco with no idea how to transport so used the Lugg app and was extremely happy with the job that was done. Fast, reliable and overall a really good experience.

Both Edwin and Helvert really display hustle! I don't think they stopped moving the whole time they were on the clock. I hired them to unload my own moving truck and move all of my possessions into my third floor apartment. This included a very heavy motorized adjustable bed frame which they handled expertly with care and were able to fit into a very tiny elevator to prevent moving it up the stairwell. Edwin was especially great at communicating and understanding my request for the order in which things had to be moved in. They make a good team.

They were quick and efficient. There were some difficult turns but they were able to maneuver my large couch and squeeze it through the doors. I would hire them again.

Lugg rocks! Larry and Tom lugged an oversized couch from Oakland to SF. They communicated clearly throughout the process, letting me know with photos know about stains and blemishes they noticed before loading. They were fast and efficient, obviously experienced, and maintained and were friendly and professional throughout. I won't hesitate to call on them again.

Navigated nearly impossible tight corners with a bulky couch. I was 90% sure it won't fit. Real experts and very easy to work with.

Correctly identified that the piano was too heavy to move and requested additional help rather than risk damaging the item

Delivery was great. However, I was charged $93.50 4 times on my Citi Bank COSTCO card and 2 times on my Amex card. Why so many charges? I will only pay once !! Please call me to explain all the charges @ 510-715-6005.

Boris and Mauricio were great. They worked as a team, were quick and strategic. they helped me move my old patio dining set to make way for the new one that they were delivering.
