We hired two separate sets of Lugg movers on the same day: One to remove a bulky, heavy, no-longer-working fridge from our upstairs apartment, and the other to pick up and deliver its replacement. Both jobs were challenging: The workers had to maneuver the appliances along narrow hallways and down / up a long, narrow internal stairway. They needed to remove the doors from both refrigerators to make them fit. Both teams carried out these challenges with patiences, persistence and professionalism! They went far beyond the call of duty and were cheerful and helpful the entire time. We were very grateful and would definitely use this service again.

Furniture safely delivered. Very nice and informative movers. Communication regarding time of delivery was excellent. Definitely met my expectations.

AMAZING 🤩 TOTAL PROS Nathan and Jason were timely and extremely professional. They brought plastic furniture wrap, moving blankets, etc and took great caution with walls and common areas in both buildings. Deyson and Edward are the best movers I have ever worked with (certainly at Lugg but also in my lifetime of moving). They were conscientious, extremely careful with my belongings and thoughtful every step of the way. I only want to work with Deyson and Edward going forward. They are exceptional movers and extremely professional.

Two expert movers, very efficient, friendly, and easy to work with. I'll ask for them again when I next use Lugg. Very fair price for moving boxes that would have taken me at least 5-6 round trips. They did rhe job in an hour.
