They were polite and very respectful. Excellent job. I already tipped them. My issue though is with your logistics. I kept getting updated text which I appreciate. That’s a good thing to do. What’s not a good thing to do is to tell the client to expect them in 15 minutes and then tell them in the next text that there was a glitch and it would be an hour and a half later before the delivery would show up. There’s no way you can tell me that 15 minutes before, the initial pick up you didn’t have an idea that something was going wrong . I could’ve been doing a lot of other things during that time instead, I was Waiting in my new home where I could not be productive for a delivery that was coming in hour and a half later. Your logistics team needs to do a better job
