Jeremiah and Mulungu were fantastic. They lugged the heaviest desk I have ever seen up a flight of stairs to our office. They maneuvered around corners and through skinny door frames without a scratch. Would highly recommend Lugg. Their tracking app and communication was superb too. Thank you!

This is our third experience with Lugg and each time it gets better and better. We had them move a bedroom and office from upstairs to downstairs. Chris and Johnny were efficient and patient as we figured out how we wanted our furniture. This was so worthy the money to have the help and it was all done in less than two hours.

I have a complicated split bedframe (plugged in, moves ) that needed the rug pad and the rug place underneath. These guys did a great job and were very thorough and help me get the rug in the exact spot. Highly recommend.
Tim and Joshua were very friendly and worked incredibly hard. The move involved a lot of walking and ramps and steps. I never heard one complaint. They packed the truck expertly, making the absolute best use of space; and I had a lot of stuff. They were respectful of the properties and my stuff. They also were respectful of my need to keep my cats and dog separate from the moving space. The loading process felt slow, but I know it was because they were taking great care to maximize the space in the truck. They unloaded very quickly and as efficiently as possible. They were honestly great and if I could request them for future moves, I'd do it in a heartbeat

And even more importantly they went above and beyond by helping me with the furniture instructions and tips for how to care for my furniture. I will definitely hire Lugg and ask for Alex and Leon (although I’m sure all Lugg employees are great) again in the future for all my deliveries and moves!
Shane was incredibly kind, punctual, and communicative, when arriving and moving my couch. He treated the seats with care and yet still made good time. We were even able to chat for a bit, while waiting for the recipient of the couch. I would certainly recommend him for other moves.

On time. Courteous they took care of my items going up to the 3rd floor stairs and it’s hot outside. Both movers were careful and I would use them again in my future moves and large purchases.
They were so fast and able to work with our apartment situation (couch barely fit in elevator) I would definitely recommend to anybody for small or big moves! I love they don’t have a minimum hour requirement like most, which was perfect for my situation. I just needed to pick up a couch i purchased and take it back to my apartment. They were on time, friendly and even showed us a good tip for taking apart the couch. 10 stars if I could!
