Raul and Leon moved our nursery chair to our bedroom in a flash! I'm so glad I found Lugg, which was recommended by the company I bought my nursery chair from. It was fast, convenient and reliable. Unlike the other moving service/app who canceled on me 3 times.
Excellent moving team! They picked up our nursery glider chair right on time and even wrapped it up to protect it from getting marked up in their moving van. They were carefully with bring the chair inside and setup everything right away!
Casey and Riley were awesome! They put down blankets to protect our rug and expertly moved the bed frame we bought up to our nursery. Would definitely hire them again!

Super friendly and careful. I was not present at pick-up and the nursery employees were very happy with how careful Jose and Carlos handled the 6’ trees! They were very light 10lbs each, but easily damaged. Awesome help.
Carried a very heavy potted plant up 3 flights of stairs and delivered it in good shape from the nursery!
These guys are excellent and went out of their way to bring my nursery furniture up the stairs 💗 so excited
They wrapped and blanketed the furniture so it was protected from any damage. Did a great job helping us to unload and place it in the right spot in the nursery! Highly recommend these guys. On time, professional and great communication.
Tony was great! He called me letting me know that the tree he was picking up from the nursery had a few broken branches. He sent photos and I realized that it wasn’t the correct tree. He spoke with the manager and she realized they gave the incorrect tree. Thanks Tony for checking in and helping sort it out and getting the right item onto the truck and delivered!
Victor and Ollie were wonderful and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you so much and I'm sorry it took so long to add the tip(I just finished planting and charging my phone!) Take care.

Hello, I recently completed a Lugg move today and need an itemized invoice for insurance documentation related to a home restoration claim. Could you please provide an invoice that includes a detailed description of the services performed? The movers assisted with the return of household contents to the home after mitigation work and helped reposition furniture that had been stored in the garage. Specifically, the services included: • Transporting household belongings from temporary housing back to the residence • Returning contents to the home following restoration work • Moving furniture that had been stored in the garage back into the house • Repositioning multiple furniture pieces including sofas, sofa chairs, dining table, kitchen table, desks, stools, and entryway table • Moving rugs and rug pads back into place • Carrying items upstairs and placing furniture back into the appropriate rooms • Moving planters and other household furnishings from the garage into the home The movers spent several hours assisting with the return of contents and placing furniture back into position throughout the house. This documentation will be submitted to my insurance company as part of the pack-back / return of contents process following mitigation. Thank you very much for your help.

Fernando and Aarón were super ! It was a really a difficult move of a very heavy jade plant they saved the day figuring out the safest way to transport and there was no damage Not at all an easy job at all but their persistence got the it done! thank you so much !
Diego and Randdy were great at helping me move a van load of items, including a couple heavy plants. They helped me carry the heavy plant down a rough flight of stairs. They were friendly, helpful, and I would definitely recommend!
Carlos and Yadier were terrific. They were careful with my plants. Moved an additional heavy plant to another room for me. They also broke apart my bed frame and took it to the garage. They were super friendly and helpful.
