Lawrence was the driver for Lugg. He was professional and called to let me know that he was picking up my item. Also verify with me my item. He called when he was outside to bring it up to the 2nd floor walk up of my office. I recommend this company and this service. Price delivery very reasonable. I will use in the future or as needed. 🙏🏼😊
This is a little late but I did want to share how kind and considerate they were to carefully package and move all those chairs. They even helped set up the chair rack before they left. This was my first time using Lugg and after this experience, it won’t be my last. I’m recommending Lugg to all my employee, corporate friends, and other Office Managers who tend to need quick moves.
These two are always so nice and considerate and take their time. I really appreciate how much they care for your things and are aware of their surroundings. They also very clearly communicate their status as they are on the move and handled a last minute address change with ease. I had a question too and they took the time to check with their office, I was very appreciative. Thank you!!

I cannot say enough glowing things. Francis and Hassun were absolutely fantastic. Super efficient, nonstop working, essentially moved an entire 8 person office (desks, chairs, monitors, whiteboards etc) in a couple of hours. I was bowled over by their skills and could not recommend them highly enough. Will be attaching pictures - extremely impressed!!!

I am speechless. Gabriel and Carla are so friendly and understanding. My apartment is 4th floor and that too without any elevetor. Gabriel moved a queen size mattress and a small ladder single handedly and not for a second he had loosen the smile on his face.Later Carla also moved an office chair to my apartment along with Gabriel who moved a table this time. Being so customer oriented, these associates are gems to any company.
