We had the experience of working with two Lugg contractors so we will review them separately: Angel: Angel was very professional and efficient. You can tell he has lots of experience and he was very respectful and got the job done. Especially when his partner would disappear, Angel would pick up the extra work to make sure things get done. Raysean: Raysean was inefficient and would disappear unannounced for sometimes 10-15 minutes at a time without telling anyone his whereabouts, leaving his partner to pick up extra work and us confused. He also complained about the work and his partner had to carry more of the weight because of this.
Better movers than professional contractors. Handled everything with the utmost care and precision at a swift rate. Thank you again.
They were on time and hard-working. Only issue was Marco's lack of a COVID vaccine card, which prevented him from entering the senior community that our goods were being moved to. Lugg needs to educate their contractors on the importance of this vital step.
This review is for my MOVERS ONLY! Both the movers were very speedy and went above and beyond to keep me updated and set up the furniture! Very kind and worked fast and worked really hard. Great job! THANK YOU!! LUGG on the other hand (your movers are separate contractors so they have nothing to do with Lugg and their processes) has absolutely no customer service, responds to emails after the job is done so don’t bother asking question, they tell the drivers last minutes about jobs, they provide drivers with little to no support. So please don’t take out LUGGs shortcoming on the drivers. So 0 starts for Lugg, 5 starts for drivers!
Issac and Osbaldo were excellent!!!! They were very helpful, respectful, mindful of their surroundings. I wish I can get them every time I logged into Lugg. Thanks Lugg for choosing such great contractors and employees! Kudos to your entire team

Both Andrew and Marco made the move extremely easy. They had supplies to help with moving and cleanliness and were so easy to work with. Wish all my Lugg moves in the future will be this easy. Much appreciated.
Anthony & Markel were on time & helped us move our things to a storage. We had to help in order to speed things up but we got it done! Would have liked for them to have had more supplies (blankets & plastic wrap), but we made it work. Thanks so much guys!

Fabulous and prepared movers. They wrapped, transported and unwrapped a giant vintage, heavy glass and mirrored cabinet with ease. They came with all necessary supplies for safe packing. They were friendly and professional. 5 stars.

Steven and Evan were professional, on time, had all the supplies to protect the furniture I had moved and even checked to make sure it was all in good shape before I got it! Very grateful! This was my first time using Lugg and it was a great experience! I had to transport some event supplies from my house to my boss's house and they were really quick and friendly and my boss was extremely happy as well!
even though the move was a waste due to the couch being too big to fit through the door, Nicholas and Scott were especially friendly and provided the best service. Nicholas really wanted the couch to fit through the door and tried hard to figure out a good solution, even though it wouldn't fit. As a customer I really appreciated his attitude. There were some minor grease sweared on the wall from removal/installation of a door. usually movers wouldn't care to clean up but Scott went above and beyond and took the initiative to buy cleaning supplies and wanted to clean it for me. I've never seen a mover be this considerate before so it definitely shock me in the best way possible. I would definitely hire Nicholas and Scott again, but just make sure your furniture will fit in your room

Ramon and Gabriel were incredible. Truly 100/10. After a really bad experience with a previous Lugg booking (not with them), I was honestly a little hesitant—but they completely restored my faith. They were efficient, fast, and worked so hard the entire time. On top of that, they were kind, communicative, and just genuinely great to be around during what can be a stressful move. I would book Ramon and Gabriel again in a heartbeat—any day. If you’re lucky enough to get them, you’re in very good hands.
The whole process was great. The drivers were prompt and courteous. They beat me home from the store and were waiting at the door ready to bring it in.
Javier and Daniel were efficient, professional and went above and beyond by moving a very heavy dresser from the store into our home. Highly recommend them and I plan to use them in the future when we move next.
Alex and Isaac came through big time for me when I had a bit of an emergency at work. We had to wait while the store prepared our order (completely my fault) and they didn’t complain once. They were extremely helpful in getting everything loaded and unloaded and were on top of everything without needing to ask for help or having someone direct them. These guys are professionals in every sense of the word and I’d be ecstatic if I had help of this caliber only half the time.
