Great all around! Especially considering living spaces did not send any assembly instructions with the new bed. And the frame they sent with the bed, was not either manufactured properly or meant for that bed because holes did not lineup or exist and screws were left over. These guys figured it all out, but were here at least twice as long as they should’ve because of living spaces inefficiency as mentioned above. And and I had to pay for it, literally.$$$$ Also, there seems to be a lot of miscommunication and misinformation at Lugg between the people that chat, text and email online. I spent a lot of time going in circles, getting very answers, mostly dealing with booking assembly labor! - Felicia
