Bros were professionals at this. Wrapped up my stuff to prevent scratches, made sure nothing got banged up in transition, and was highly efficient and fast. Really appreciate their hard work.
I called the drivers before they ever arrived to inform them I was stuck on the 405 near the Long Beach airport in an accident that had the highway shut down. I eventually spoke to them at noon. It took me almost 3 hours to arrive AT NO FAULT OF MY OWN! I imagine that if the drivers had been stuck in that and arrived late you wouldn’t have given me $200 off. If this is how you charge and how you do business please understand that I will never use this service again and will tell everyone I know they are better off going somewhere else for moving services.
Genoa & Zachary both were timely, amazing to work with, full of great experience and good energy. They loaded up the truck beautifully, wrapped items in a thoughtful manner, organized the truck fast and great communicators together and with my team. I was happy to be kept up on where the delivery was. I realized that the wrong delivery address was in the event and tried to reach out to Lugg. Wasn't sure if it was received at the time. I found the drivers number in the information and notified him immediately. He was courteous and fixed the navigation immediately.
