Bonifacio and Emanuel were heroes! The door on my POD was stuck and they did not give up troubleshooting. I am so thankful that I was still able to move! They were fast and careful. I tipped separately.
This team was amazing! They worked hard and strategically and they fit our entire house (almost) into a 16 foot POD! I am truly impressed and would work with this team any day!
Juan and Maylon did a fantastic job helping us move a huge leather couch, a mattress and box spring, and about 20 boxes from our third floor apartment into our moving pod container. They packed the pod like total experts and worked together really well. This was my first Lugg experience and I’m very satisfied!

Rabah and Mohammed were amazing. We had a super tricky move that involved picking up a bunch of stuff from a POD in Oakland and bringing it to our home in Marin, then lugging everything up about 110 steep steps to our house from the street. These guys crushed it, and were kind the entire time. Couldn't have asked for more... 5/5 stars for sure, thanks you guys!!!
Antonio & Francisco were amazing - they worked quickly & went above and beyond with handling our boxes. They stored my boxes in a uhaul pod and rearranged the boxes multiple times to ensure they were as secure as possible before my cross-country move. 10/10 would recommend again.
Very flexible approach. Had dolly necessary to move heavy objects with just two guys. Efficient packing of our POD storage unit and took care to wrap nice items in blankets.
Darvi and Dany were so efficient and were experts at fitting all of our belongings in the storage pod. They Were very friendly and helpful.
Jose and Francesco were so pleasant, so helpful, speedy, careful in moving my glass dresser, and stayed to help me with some other tasks that my movers failed to accomplish. My movers were shady, and left half of my stuff on my POD. I called Lugg, and Jose and Francesco were here within 30 minutes. I should have used Lugg to begin with. I’d use the service (and would recommend Jose and Francesco) for any other moving or furniture related project! Huge thanks to them both!

Johnathan and Jose worked non stop in a three story townhouse and got what we wouldn’t think would fit into a 16’ storage pod, on a very warm and super humid day. They are superheroes! My friend kept saying into the night and at dinner, “I just can’t believe they got all that to fit!” And they have a great sense of humor. I can’t thank them enough and will definitely use Lugg again when needed!

I’ve never seen anyone do a better job and they even helped disassemble furniture, lift stuff over the gates, whatever it took and they were so kind and professional every step of the way. I wish I could hire them for everything I need to do in the future.

They unloaded a 16’ pod into our new home on two floors and skillfully loaded a Uhaul van with more boxes than we thought would fit. I would recommend these amazing professionals any day.
All i can say is they are literal experts. They were able to pack out entire pod up into a truck and move it into our apartment within a couple hours. Additionally they are incredibly nice and professional. Will definitely recommend this service to friends.
