We used Lugg lite when we purchased some items from ikea. I drive a sedan and they wouldn’t fit and we chose Lugg so we could get the items delivered the same day. Items were picked up before we even made it home and delivered within 40 minutes after arriving home. Both gentleman were super helpful into placing the large items in my living room. They were both great with positive attitude.
I ordered IKEA day bed and requested to deliver at my place. To my surprise bed was picked up and delivered with care to my home address within 1 hour of purchase. Jordan and Brittany were quick and responsive and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

He was very good at contacting me regarding my order. He verified that everything was correct before leaving IKEA. When he arrived he was very personable and helpful in placing the product carefully in the correct location in the house.
We purchased a dining room table late in the day from IKEA and the boxes were too large/long for us to take home ourselves. So, IKEA set us up to have it delivered early morning the next day, and Marty was GREAT! Even though it was a 'relatively small' job, he was very friendly upon arrival, ahead of schedule,and unloaded and dropped the boxes quickly, efficiently and with great care... He was done in a matter of minutes. From this experience, I would absolutely recommend Lugg and Marty. Thank you!

These guys were great! Large awkard box containing Ikea sofa. They had it up two narrow flights of stairs and into my third floor apartment part lighting fast. They also opened the box for me and lifted out the heaviest elements of the sofa. I would definitely recommend.

They tried to help me online, but the people coming to move me were absolutely fantastic. They’re really friendly very well organiz kept in touch with me the whole time there was a problem because they didn’t have the pink slip that was probably my fault. Definitely not theirs. They got a well on time they recruit their efficient and incredibly friendly. Yes, I would definitely use the service again and not even think about it.
