Fred and Conor were amazing. I was trying to donate some furniture that I needed to get rid of ASAP and they helped me out tremendously by identifying another donation location when the local goodwills weren’t accepting furniture. They were fast, efficient, communicative and professional.

The item we were moving was a huge bookcase from the local school. 11 feet x 5 feet made of heavy wood. A somewhat impossible task was made easy with Paulo and his incredible partner. They would not let me near as they carefully lifted the piece which took some major thinking. Curious, friendly and super professional. I said these guys could have built the pyramids they were so strong and smart. Absolutely our team for all jobs of this kind.
These guys made getting rid of stuff during a move MUCH less stressful than it could have been. They shared their knowledge about local donation centers so I could make sure everything was accepted (and avoid paying for several boxes to be hauled out to junk/the dump); it turns out my stuff would have definitely been turned away at the two closest goodwills, so I was really grateful for their friendliness and expertise.
I did not know that there would be a high fee to drop my rug at a local public dump. They helped come up with an alternative plan on the spot that saved me money & donated my old suitcases to Goodwill. Thanks!
Mateo and Anthony were all stars. Best movers I’ve had. Very friendly, very expeditious, careful with the furniture and TRULY went above and beyond. I had coordinated to have my couches dropped off at a donation center, which was all scheduled and approved. When they got there, the donation center said they couldn’t accept the furniture as it was damaged. Mateo called me and offered to take it to a dumping facility if I didn’t want it back (they’re technically supposed to bring it back). They found a local facility and took it there for me. They really made the experience so convenient and easy when things didn’t go to plan. 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone.
Arrived promptly on Same Day schedule. Amazing !! Loaded my two pieces to be delivered to local charity shop and arrived there on schedule. Win Win 🏆
they were very knowledgeable about what was acceptable for donation and what goodwill donation centers would not accept. They even called our local donation center to double check. Very good problem solvers, friendly, courteous and professional. In the end, the team offered an an reasonable solution to where to take downsized items.
They were super punctual, nice and efficient. I was purchasing something from a local seller and even the seller commented that they were great guys.

We will for sure use Lugg for our next local furniture or large item pick up!!! Long story short we purshased a huge out door table and bench set 96” x 40” x 5” and attempted to pick it up ourselves and nothing would fit and the store manager told us about Lugg and it basically is exactly like an Uber but for furniture or large items at a near by store pick up and boy we LOVE it!!! So EASY to use and for only $77 (miles, seize of truck, people to carry and a discount code) we received our furniture in perfect condition and carried to the exact location by 2 professional expert movers...thank you Lugg!!!
Wallace & Adam were great. They were knowledgeable in what could go to the junkyard, stay for City of Santa Monica Bulky Pickup and donated to The Salvation Army. They quickly and efficiently helped me disassemble my shower caddy to pack into a moving box, clear/haul away donations in the garage and haul bulky pickup items to the alley pickup area. Extra points for clearing the garage of garbage. Than you both so much while I was panicking about not getting everything out in time. I appreciate so much service arrival within the hour.
Jorge and Oscar were fantastic. They made multiple stops to pick up a piano and a bed on the way to our house, and everyone I coordinated with said that they were so friendly and excellent movers. They went above and beyond in moving the piano. So thankful!
Rogerio and Rony were genuinely the best movers I have ever employed. They were efficient, hard working, friendly, helpful, and extremely effective. They were happy to help us with a second trip back to our house to load more into the van to bring back to our storage unit. I only wish that Lugg had the option for customers to chose their Luggers. I am moving more items tomorrow to a different location and I wanted to book them again. Please consider implementing a feature where happy customers can request their favorite Luggers again in the future. I would book Rogerio and Rony again every time. 100/10 service

Smooth and efficient delivery overall, and he was helpful, but there was some lint transfer from the moving blankets onto a light-colored sofa, and time spent cleaning parts of it during unloading.

Moving is always so hard to do. Parker and Shane made the experience much easier. They came very prepared. They were also very good at problem solving, coming up with solutions for unique item situations. I appreciated how clean the box truck was, and Parker was a master truck packer. Would hire them again for sure!
