Hello Lugg Support Team, I am requesting a billing adjustment for my Lugg delivery on Friday, September 18th from Four Embarcadero to the W Hotel. During the job, there was a major disconnect with the assigned drivers. They were not answering their phones, and they were completely unaware of their location while navigating Four Embarcadero. Because of this, I had to spend significant time on the helpline with multiple Lugg associates to get the delivery resolved. During those support calls, the associates explicitly noted that because the delay was caused by driver communication and navigation issues, support would adjust and reduce the billed time and labor charges accordingly. Please review the internal support logs from my delivery on Sept 18th and apply the promised adjustment to my final bill. Thank you - Jensine
