Each one comes down to fixtures, stock and equipment that has to cross town on a date the business doesn't get to choose. Lugg is an on-demand moving and delivery service that moves commercial furniture and equipment across up to five addresses on the schedule you pick, same day if you need it.
At most commercial moving companies a sixty-minute job and a half-day job cost the same, because business movers quote a day rate or hold you to a two-to-four-hour minimum. Lugg charges a base fare plus labor by the minute, which means a short job stays a short bill. Enter your addresses and you'll see an upfront estimate before you book.
Display units and shelving, salon chairs and treatment beds, Pilates reformers, bike racks and repair stands, kitchen equipment, pallets of stock: it all moves on the same booking. Lugg movers can break down a shelving run or a display wall and put it back together on the other side, and movers carry it up stairs, into elevators and down long hallways. Box the small stock before the crew arrives, and Luggers blanket-wrap whatever won't fit a box.
Lugg's first window starts at 6 AM and the last one runs to 10 PM, weekends included, so the shop keeps trading and the move happens after the last customer leaves. A single booking can take up to five addresses too, so the old fixtures reach a donation center on the same run that brings the new stock in. You can add contacts to the booking as well, so a manager, whoever is receiving at the new site and whoever is locking up the old one all get ETA updates and can reach the movers directly. Everyone on the booking gets a live tracking link, and it opens on a phone or a desktop, app or no app.
