Follow-through to go the extra step to obtain the electronic receipt at Goodwill. Also, they kept me informed as to their progress getting to the apt, picking up the item, and following through with the donation drop-off. Thank you!
They were great, super helpful and somewhat concerned that I wasn’t asking them to donate more. This was my time using Lugg a unfortunately the first to luggers were really unhelpful and left without carrying my bed frame to the second floor after delivery. Within a half hour I had the best customer service experience of my life and great part 2 to my Lugg experience. I'll definitely be a returning customer!
Eileen and Nygee were great! Eileen figured out how to get furniture into my basement despite my very small doorways. However, I’m not happy with Lugg’s system of assigning Luggers. If you tell customers that they’re “booking” a one hour delivery period, you should be able to deliver within that window or close to it. I waited in an empty house for four and a half hours without any useful information from Lugg. An hour after the time period that I booked had passed, I contacted Lugg customer service on line, and waited 49 minutes (after being greeted by a bot who said she’d put a representative on the line) before receiving a message that my Luggers were on the way to pick up my delivery. (They were a half hour away from the pickup location.). Despite the pleasant efficiency of Eileen and Nygee, I doubt I’ll use Lugg again.
They were super fast and on time with the pickup and moving some pretty big items to my renovation site. Super helpful and will definitely use this service again for my last mile logistics!
Super nice guys and navigated the busy area really well with little parking available! Super thankful they made the move process for a used furniture pickup so easy!
The guys were great. This is feedback for Lugg: I requested the pickup to be from 12-1pm. The pick up did not happen until after 2pm and so delivery was also delayed. I don't know why you're sending guys from Philly to pick up from a location 2.5 hours away. Seems inefficient for the guys doing the work for the level of effort. If there's no one available who can commit to the timeframe booked, then just let the customer know that.
Lovanny and Richard were very professional and courteous. They stayed in constant communication with me and ensured it was a very smooth pickup and delivery.
They both were really nice and professional. They kept me updated from the time of pickup and delivery.
Jesse and Rocky were incredibly friendly, efficient, fast and professional. With a full XL truck, pickup and delivery was each completed in less than 45 minutes. My items were not damaged or missing. Thank you Lugg for hiring such talented movers!
Dwight and Ryan were absolutely awesome! They were so considerate and helpful with the delivery of our IKEA order. They communicated throughout the whole process of pickup and delivery making everything pleasant and stress-free. Thank you!
They are great! Hard working, smart. The only thing is that the time spent at pickup is 190 mins instead of 238 mins. Please refund the difference.

The young man was very polite and professional that is something rare today. He understood my concerns addressed them professionally. He did not complain and make excuses like so many do when they have a job to do. The two of them worked well together.
Amazing! These guys did a great job! They spotted some marks on the dresser and the store switched it out. They were also professional and friendly, maintained ongoing communication and took such great care of my delivery. You couldn’t ask for better service!
My only dislike is in pottery barn and not following through on wrapping my merchandise and honesty about my delivery window

Furniture was brought into the house and placed exactly where I requested it. Care was made not to damage Furniture or things in the house.
These guys are fantastic! Ironically, Denis had delivered a piece of furniture to my home a few months earlier, such a nice surprise to see him again! Ralph and Denis arrived on time, were very polite and took away the items I needed Lugged. I was very pleased with the extra care they took while handling a tabletop; Ralph carried his own roll of paper towels and placed several on the ground so that my piece of furniture would not get damaged. Highly recommend using Lugg.
These 2 young men Vernon and Sufyaan were professional, timely and knowledgeable! They were also very polite, they went above and beyond. They did several attempts to bring the sofa into my house, they would not give up until the solution was solved. They placed everything where it needed to go and handle each item with care! I salute these gentleman, they are the best 😊!!

They both liked the vanity and treated carefully. Both were cautious moving and lifting it in and out of the truck. They came prepared with a blanket, a dolly, sliders, and plastic wrap.
