Lugger was told to wait at shipment site until a big truck unloads and he stayed until he was able to check in my items to ship. I would say that he is very much pleasant and patient in dealing with shipping things through paradise freight. He kept in contact with me via text the whole way through the checking in of my items. I was happy with the service until I saw the breakdown of their “claimed labor time”. It took them 30 minutes and they claim it was 51, I have proof.. I would’ve left a decent tip with what they overcharged me. The customer and worker should be able to verify so the time stamp is accurate. The tracking of the delivery was very helpful. The patio chairs and table were relatively light.....but a bit bulky. Because we live in a Condo with crazy rules for deliveries and non resident entries, we met the delivery at the front door with luggage carts so they wouldn't be burdened with coming inside. They loaded the items onto the carts and we brought them inside and up the elevator. It worked out fine. - Paul
