Everything , they were FANTASTIC! 5 stars all around !! The only issue I had and it is probably the nature of your business is that I had asked for a pickup because I had tall plants , you upgraded me to a van , luckily the guys who were actually supposed to come told me they needed to give me something different because they didn’t want to mess up the plants which I greatly appreciated , the only thing is the timing got a bit screwed up which in this situation was a little complicated but normally not a huge deal they were actually early and I was running over to the pick up location . All in all great !

was super careful and considerate of my plants. one of the large branches from my birds of paradise bent in the back of the open air truck and he stuck his hand out the driver side window to hold onto it. thank goodness it was a short distance drive
Wow!!! What a wonderful experience! Nicolas and Raul were so accommodating and nice. They brought the perfect vehicle, and had great timing. They made it so easy. All of my large plants arrived beautifully at the location in a flash. I will definitely be using this app again! Incredibly convenient, efficient and affordable! Loved it!!!

Enghel and Walter were amazing movers- not only did they have my entire apartment moved out in less than an hour, but they moved everything safely and took great care of my items. They were accommodating with parking, narrow entrances and stairs. They had no issue disassembling and reassembling my furniture or moving extremely heavy boxes. They also took care of smaller items and plants. I would highly recommend them for any moving/ transportation.
Stick-to-it-iveness. It was tricky but they persevered! One thing though, if you can get this message to them: THEY LEFT THEIR DOLLY at 185 Painter Street. They can come and pick it up anytime. It is currently behind the blue painted garage, on the North side, in the corridor between the garage and the fence with tall plants. If they want to call me first, they can. My plants even made it in one piece and not spilled over or snapped so they must have driven very carefully. Definitely would want them again and recommend them to anyone using this app!
