Abel & Francesco make a great team. They came on time, were friendly, gracious about my forgetting to disconnect the washing machine, had the tools needed, and got the move done quickly.
Junior and Jeremy were super awesome, helpful, fast, expertly done, and efficient! I would book them again for my next moving. They were moving a really heavy washing machine and did it with ease and professionalism!

When the Luggers started the move in the app at 9:04 pm. However, they were not at the pick up spot. I sent them a text message at 9:07 pm and then called at 9:08 pm. The Luggers said they were in another street, despite there being an open parking space and I had the item (a portable washing machine) on the curb. They drove up at 9:11 pm and very quickly, in about three minutes, and drove to the destination. However, the app shows that the pickup time was 12 minutes, which definitely was not the case. It would be great to have the order updated with the accurate time at the pickup. Thank you.
Quickly and easily moved a washing machine. Took extra time to make sure it was secure for travel. I highly recommend this team.

Absolutely amazing job moving a large washing machine from the upstairs to ground floor. Didn’t damage anything and even made it through a narrow and tight staircase. Very much appreciated their willingness to get the job done.
Timely, friendly, and prepared to do the job. The job went very quickly. Arturo even nicely offered to help hook up the portable washing machine. I wish I had had him return back for the second Lugg job I booked. Arturo is excellent!

The guys were great and moved some boxes and furniture, but we're not prepared to move the washing machines specified in the request. I think this is the fault of the dispatching procesd

Needed a washer and dryer moved quickly as I had guests coming and Lugg had people out here within a couple of hours. Erick and Ramon got the job done even though it was tricky as there were steps involved and it was a tight squeeze. They were friendly and polite and completely saved the day! Great company and will definitely use again.

They were careful, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. No rushing, no damage, no complaining just straight-up professional work. They communicated well, protected the units and walls, and made what could’ve been a stressful move feel straightforward. If you’re booking through Lugg, ask for Lawrence and Rami by name. They earned it.
On time. I expected 1 person with a handtruck & I had my tennis shoes on ready to help load the washer. I got 2 people because they were close by from a previous job. They knew what they were doing & worked well together. -Did what I had requested in my set-up email (except the 5 record albums boxes I decided to NOT replace into the hallway). I would hire them again. I tipped each of them in person
Elijah & John-Mark did a great job bringing my washer/dryer out of storage and installing them in place of the old ones. They even took the old ones away with them so I don't have to faff about with getting the city to deal with it.
