Best movers I’ve had in over 15 calls. They moved the stackable washer and dryer into a tight basement location In the middle of a snowstorm.
The guys did a great job. Unfortunately I was informed just before they arrived that Lugg does not connect or disconnect washers and dryers. We got it done but that would be good information ahead of time as most movers do this service. This is not a reflection of the guys that did the work.
Britton and Andrea knew exactly how to move the washer and dryer I needed help with. They were friendly and professional! 10/10 would recommend using again!
Despite several concerning oversights & mixups by the corporate schedulers which caused us extensive delay, Alex & Scott came through after hours and delivered great service. They took care of the appliance and demonstrated problem solving when moving a large item into a tight area. We hope corporate does better if we use Lugg again but we offer great feedback regarding the crew.
Punctual, professional and courteous. They were very careful to insure no damage was occurring while bring in the large appliance. I would definitely use them again.
Delivery was efficient and effective and damage free. Eric and Jody were very courteous. I didn’t appreciate being reprimanded by Sam for inquiring about my delivery time More than once 
They were extremely nice and professional both at pickup and delivery. Would absolutely recommend them!

The Lugg system was easy to use, communicated beautifully and the gentleman who came were pleasant, efficient and helped with one extra thing (cash tipped) ;) will use again. Fast booking times (next day) and less than delivery rate from the store!
Excellent delivery guys. Friendly, personable and professional. Got here in a timely manner and got the base delivered and set up quickly and with no complaints. I knew nothing of lugg but will not hesitate to use you again. Easy pick up and delivery scheduling also. I am now a fan and future user of Lugg. Thank you!
Super friendly!! They had no hesitation helping me move a piece of furniture out of the way to make room for my delivery. They are very careful and were finished before I knew it. Great guys- I would absolutely recommend them!

This was the easiest delivery service ever! Jamel-Kylee & Riley were quick, courteous and helpful. I would use this service over and over again.
They were wonderful. They were on time with delivery. They got the loveseat in the house without any damage to the walls. Then asked whether it was anything they could help with the couch. Very Professional. If need to have anything delivered again hopefully I get them
They handled an issue at the pick up location well and made sure everything was okay once they arrived at the delivery location. Both men were personable and efficient.
The delivery was a little late and was not within the window given, but beyond that, they were incredibly skilled and efficient.
O-non. & Isaac Were Truly Perfect. I was worried 34 steps were to narrow doorway too tight But for O-non. & Isaac not an Issue for them Very friendly kind & quick. Onon and Ben excelled in every step of the process. From picking up the bed to delivery. The Mattress they delivered to us was heavy and awkward but,they made moving it look easy. Thank you both!
Delivery drivers aren’t always known for being on time and Jermaine and Jason delivered exactly as expected! They were great problem solvers, getting a huge table through our front door.
These guys were great & very careful with my sofa delivery. They had a lot of trouble getting the sofa through a very tight doorway and very extremely cautious and concerned about not damaging the sofa or the walls, which I appreciated. I am super appreciative of their willingness to continue trying after I urged them to give it another shot. The minor complaint I have is Samuel seemed quite annoyed by this delivery from the moment they were loading the sofa into the elevator which made this a bit uncomfortable for me. All in all I would definitely use them again.
