Abel & Francesco make a great team. They came on time, were friendly, gracious about my forgetting to disconnect the washing machine, had the tools needed, and got the move done quickly.
Helped me move an old stacked washing machine out and move in a new set! Tough job but they were super patient and friendly, made an annoying chore really fun.
Timely, friendly, and prepared to do the job. The job went very quickly. Arturo even nicely offered to help hook up the portable washing machine. I wish I had had him return back for the second Lugg job I booked. Arturo is excellent!
They did a great job in setting up a stackable dryer to support a new washing machine I had installed - they arrived on time and were very professional - I highly recommend their work!
The guys were great and moved some boxes and furniture, but we're not prepared to move the washing machines specified in the request. I think this is the fault of the dispatching procesd
On time. I expected 1 person with a handtruck & I had my tennis shoes on ready to help load the washer. I got 2 people because they were close by from a previous job. They knew what they were doing & worked well together. -Did what I had requested in my set-up email (except the 5 record albums boxes I decided to NOT replace into the hallway). I would hire them again. I tipped each of them in person

Randy and Jesse are 5 Star Amazing!!! They moved 2 washers and 2 dryers for me, through difficult terrain. They were professional and great communicators, working together to get the job done efficiently and without any damage. Highly recommended!!
Came to pick up within 30 mins. Got my washer dryer down the stairs no problem. Very fast and friendly.
Claudia and Haison did an awesome job moving a washer and dryer that were in a very tight spot. It took a lot of effort and a lot of strategy, but they were able to finally move it into a second story location. They are very good.
They were super fast and efficient! The portable dishwasher had rollers on the bottom that could have been easily damaged, so I appreciate Julian and Anthony’s expert delivery.

Tomas and Luis were all aboard the project. They not only worked through the hiccups of a heavy washer and many steps, but helped on the small details that came up: moving other items, protecting and wiping floors and rugs, and more. Very collaborative and proactive.

From the time I booked their services until the time they delivered my washer dryer to my house was 45 minutes. And only 45 minutes they zipped over to the sellers house, picked up two big appliances, drove to my house and deliver them to my laundry room, even offering to hook them up for me. he too must be magicians, in addition to movers. They had the equipment they needed to do the job safely and efficiently. This is my second time using love, and I have found it a reasonably priced and timely solution to moving big things.
Carried our (heavy) washer and dryer up two sets of stairs and were so nice about it! They were quick and great. Really saved us today.
