They were very courteous and very patient about the fact that Lugg had majorly messed up. They arrived nearly 45 minutes after the end of the promised window and then had to wait approximately an hour and a quarter for the second team to show up because it took four people to move the piano. Furthermore, they were patient about the fact that they would be paid only pick up rate in spite of the fact that they were driving a large expensive van. That the customer should be guaranteed what they asked for is one thing but to then short workers who come to do the job is quite another thing. - Tarney
