Guadalupe spotted a damaged section on the piece i was purchasing that I hadn't seen. He took a picture of it and sent it to me. It enabled me to discuss with the seller (who was apologetic!) And the seller gave me a partial refund to fix the damage. Was very kind and responsible of Guadalupe to communicate this to me and the seller. I appreciated it greatly!

First - they were efficient but SO careful not to damage my floors, the walls, or the item delivered. You can tell they are really SMART because assessing width, corners, etc is more than just brute strength. It was my pleasure to meet them and see how they worked - all resulting in a job WELL DONE. Thank you to Antonio and Conrado for helping me make a really stressful move of items from Sonesta Hotel Oyster Point (1350 veterans Blvd) to Sheraton in Palo Alto (625 El Camino Real)!! It was a really big help to me and they were extremely quick and efficient with how they organized the boxes and stacked them so I could reach everything. The entire job lasted longer than they expected but they made sure that everything was moved as seamlessly as possible!! I can’t emphasize enough what a big, big help Antonio and Conrado were today. I wanted to say one more big thank you to both Antonio and Conrado for all the help!! ¡Muchás Gracías! Grace

Mykola and Jesse are wonderful, they are fast and efficient, good teamwork and very friendly. The cost was expensive to us because the sender did not send the items we had agreed upon and we ended up with stuff we didn’t want and not the stuff we did want . We now have to do another pick up on Friday morning, making it very expensive, but this is no fault of the Luggers. I recommend that if you do not know the person well that you are picking up from make sure you are there for the pick up in person so you can make sure the agreed-upon items are being sent.
