The guys showed up to the Costco we were headed to within about 45 minutes, located me quickly in the apartment with our newly purchased washer, loaded it up, and transported it to the house near the place it would sit long term. They were not able to get the washer through the door with the packaging and taking the door off its hinges so that was something I needed to do, which is understandable and expected. The service provided by the guys was very easy to use. My wife mentioned "there has to be an Uber for moving", and sure enough there is! Appreciate the help guys!

On time & professional. Great communication. Was able to fit everything (8ft table and 4 dining chairs) into their pick up truck. Handled delivery with care. Will be using Lugg again such a convenient service (Lugg was more cost effective then getting items delivered to my door!)
Great communication through the whole process, picked up on short notice for same day delivery. Carried in our large and heavy item carefully and placed it exactly where asked. Would use this service again. Carlos and Carlos were great!

Carlos and David did an amazing job helping me deliver a 77 inch TV, they not only came ready to protect the TV with furniture blankets but also had the necessary tools to remove the stand to ensure a safe delivery. Would use this service and them again! 5 stars!

Item in my order was not included in the delivery. Anthropology sent me a receipt of my order which reflects 2 items. Additionally, I scheduled a pickup for 2 items and provided pictures
